A few mornings ago, the owner opened the door and saw the puppy lying quietly on the high haystack. He dialed the phone and got no response, so the owner thought it was asleep. According to the deceased's granddaughter Duong (Sichuan Province, China), the dog was brought home by his grandfather when he was a child and has been with the owner for 10 years. 

On August 14, 2022, the owner passed away, and the dog stood by the coffin for 2 days without eating or even moving. 

Ms. Duong said when her grandfather was in his hospital bed, he was eager to go back and see the family's old house. However, this cannot be done after his death. 

The dog wants to fulfill the master's wish, return to the old house, and die there.
